• If a physical product gets damaged or is faulty upon delivery, we offer 100% refund within 30 days of purchase.
• If not damaged or faulty, physical items may be returned within 7 days of the day the item was received. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Digital products are non-returnable and therefore non-refundable. If the wrong file is delivered, the proper file will be sent upon confirmation of the error.
• Exchanges are not offered.
The return process:
• For returns, please email email@example.com with the subject 'Return’ and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return.
• Customer Support will provide instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost package" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When a returned item is received and inspected the customer will receive a confirmation email notifying them about the status of the refund.
• If a refund is approved, it will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method within 10 to 15 days.
